On of Oregon’s top pure shooters is still on the market. Billy is a deadly shooter, has range from anywhere on the floor. He is averaging 24.1 ppg this season to lead the Grizzles of Ashland High School . Billy will be playing for Oregon D1 Ambassadors Unsigned Senior team this spring. Check out this highlight video.
