McDonald’s All American Nominees/D1 Nation
The McDonald’s All American Game is the most recognizable of all the national all star games at the end of a player’s senior year. The nominees for the March 28th game in Chicago have been released. It will eventually be whittled down to 24 players for the prestigious affair.
The D1 Ambassadors have had one alumni that has played in the game. That was back in 2009, when Round Rock’s John Henson (North Carolina) represented. It should be noted that Henson moved to Tampa, FL and actually played his senior season at Sickles H.S.
I am proud to announce the past members of the D1 Ambassadors who are included in this years Class of 2012 who are nominated for this year’s McDonald’s Game. The list includes an astounding 12 players who have represented the D1 Nation. Best of luck to all of them in making the final 24.
