Wilsonville High School (Oregon) vs. The Dalles-Wahtonka (Oregon)
Wilsonville High School will be playing their first game this Friday against The Dalles-Wahtonka. This marks the return of their trio. Big things are expected out of Wilsonville High. Kevin Marshall (6’0”guard/unsigned senior) looks to lead his team once again into the tournament and have them make a run at the state championship. Marshall is a quick guard with an explosive first step. He is a true point guard and you can always count on him to make the right pass at any given time. He is a tough cover because he can also shoot the ball. His partner in the backcourt is Grant McNeil (6’1”/unsigned senior). He is an incredible athlete that can slash to the basket at any given time. He is not afraid to lay his body on the line when it comes to grabbing rebounds and taking charges. He has a great shot and always goes at it at a 100%. Taking plays off does not exist for him for him. The other player that will be a major impact on this team is Dylan Livesay (6’4″/Junior). He has an incredible stroke and can shoot the ball from anywhere. When this player heats up, it is hard for him to miss. He has a high basketball IQ and you can count on him to not turn the ball over. Stay tuned because this won’t be the last time you hear about this trio.
