Brandon Loiler, 6’6 (W/P), of Lakeridge High School (Lake Oswego, Or) is a rebounding machine and tough defender for the Pacers during the regular season. His athleticism gives Coach Cameron Turner many options for the Oregon D1 Ambassadors White Team because he is able to defend multiple positions, rebound against any other player, and provide a big lift in help defense. He can defend perimeter players because of his good lateral movement and cal also defend bigger posts because of his intensity, toughness, and work ethic. For his size he has a tremendous amount of hops being able to be a productive shot blocker in one-on-one defensive match-up and providing the team with a spark when he comes across the lane and helps with a monstrous block in help defense leading to a break out lay-up or dunk. His offensive game is steadily improving and because of his knack for rebounding he gives himself many opportunities to score without having to have specific plays or sets called for him. He also can help keep his team efficient on offense because if a shot is missed and an offensive rebound can be obtained you know Brandon Loiler will be in the vicinity working hard to get to it. He will be putting his skills on display with the White Team at these tournaments:
July 22-26 Fab 48, Las Vegas, NV July 27-30 Best of Summer Anaheim, CA
